1. Where do you ship?

We offer worldwide shipping. Shipping is free to the USA, Canada, UK, France, Germany, Netherlands, Italy, Spain, Australia, and New Zealand. For other countries, shipping fees are calculated at checkout.


2. How long does shipping take?

Processing Time: 1–3 business days

Delivery Time:
  • USA, Canada, UK, EU, Australia & NZ: 2–14 business days
  • Other countries: 2–21 business days
Note: Orders with multiple items may arrive in separate parcels on different days.


3. Can I track my order?

Yes! Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with a tracking number and link to follow your parcel’s journey.

 

4. How do I cancel my order?

You can request cancellation before dispatch by emailing support@arvasha.com.

A 10% cancellation fee applies.

If the order has already shipped, cancellation isn’t possible, but you may request a return if eligible.


5. Do you accept returns and refunds?

Yes—within 14 days of delivery, if there’s a valid reason such as:

Damaged or defective product

Expired or incorrect item

Product significantly not as described


Refunds are processed once the returned item is received and approved.


6. What if I receive a damaged or wrong item?

Please contact support@arvasha.com with your order number and clear photos of the issue within 14 days of delivery. We’ll resolve it with a replacement or refund.


7. Are all products returnable?

Not all. For health and hygiene reasons, items like cosmetics, creams, and used personal items are non-returnable unless defective.
Unbreakable and undamaged products with no issue cannot be returned or refunded.


8. Why do you charge cancellation or restocking fees?

To protect against fraudulent and abusive return practices.

10% cancellation fee before dispatch

20% restocking + shipping fee for returns (if not our error)
We waive fees if it’s our fault (e.g., wrong or damaged product).

 

9. Do I have to pay customs duties or import taxes?

We do not charge any taxes or duties. If your country imposes import taxes or customs duties, you are responsible for paying them.
