You may request a return or refund within 14 days of delivery under the following valid reasons:

– Product is past expiry upon arrival.
3. Wrong Item Sent
– You received a different product, size, color, or model than ordered.
4. Missing Items
– One or more items were missing from your package.
5. Defective/Non-Functional Item
– The product doesn't work or function as described.
6. Product Description Mismatch
– Significant difference between product received and product listed.
7. Package Lost in Transit
– Item not delivered and confirmed lost by the shipping carrier.

❌ Non-Eligible Return Reasons
We do not accept returns or refunds for the following:
Change of mind or buyer’s remorse after successful delivery
Ordering the wrong item if the correct product was shipped
Unsealed or used items (unless defective)
Cosmetic, personal care, or cream products unless defective or expired
Products delivered in good condition, undamaged and correct
Delays within the expected delivery timeframe (3 to 21 business days)
🔄 Exchange Policy
Exchanges are available only for defective, damaged, or incorrect items. To request an exchange, contact us within 14 days of delivery with proper evidence.
🛑 Cancellation Policy
Before Dispatch:
– Cancellation allowed with a 10% cancellation fee deducted from your refund.
After Dispatch but Before Delivery:
– You may cancel, but we will deduct a 20% product fee and shipping cost from the refund.
After Delivery:
– Cancellation is no longer possible. If eligible, you may request a return instead.
Why we charge a cancellation fee:
To prevent fraudulent activity and operational abuse. Processing, packaging, and payment fees are incurred once an order is placed. These charges protect our business and allow us to continue offering competitive pricing.
💸 Fees Summary
Restocking Fee (for returns not caused by us): 20% of product cost
Return Shipping: Paid by customer (unless product is defective/wrong/expired)
No Fees: If the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong, defective, damaged, expired)
⏱️ Refund Timeline
Once your returned item is received and approved, your refund will be processed within 5–10 business days to your original payment method (timing may vary by provider).
📦 Shipping Fee Policy
Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is caused by our error.
If returning an item for reasons not caused by us, return shipping is your responsibility.
