2. Product Information & Availability

We strive to ensure all product descriptions, pricing, and images are accurate. However, we do not guarantee that all content is free of errors or updated in real time. If an error affects your order, we’ll notify you and offer appropriate solutions.

3. Payment & Billing

All orders must be paid in full at the time of purchase. We accept:

Shopify Payments (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and other cards)

PayPal

You agree to provide accurate billing and account information for all purchases.

4. Order Processing & Shipping

Processing Time: 1–3 business days

Delivery Time: 3–21 business days depending on location and product

Shipping Fees:
  – Free shipping to USA, Canada, UK, France, Germany, Italy, Spain, Australia, New Zealand, and Netherlands
  – Other countries: Shipping calculated at checkout

Multiple Parcels: Orders with multiple items may arrive in separate shipments on different days. 

5. Cancellations

Before Dispatch: 10% cancellation fee will be deducted

After Dispatch but Before Delivery: 20% product fee + shipping cost will be deducted

After Delivery: No cancellations. Returns may be requested if eligible under our Return & Refund Policy

Cancellations help us prevent fraudulent activity and reduce unnecessary costs.

6. Returns & Refunds

Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery for valid reasons such as:

Damaged, defective, or expired product

Wrong item received

Product significantly differs from description

Restocking fee: 20% may apply unless the issue is our fault.
Return shipping: Customer is responsible unless the return is due to our error.

7. Taxes & Duties

We do not collect taxes or duties on international orders. Customers are responsible for any applicable import fees, customs duties, or local taxes in their country.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on this site (text, images, logos, designs) is owned by Arvasha and may not be reproduced, copied, or used without written permission.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Arvasha is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our products or services.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and interpreted under the laws of the State of Wyoming, USA, regardless of your location.
